Randy Wilson

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Responsibilities include: Planning & Development, Assist in Estimating, Contract Negotiations, Value Engineering, Submittals, Procedures, Scheduling, Staff Management, A/R. Material and Equipment Procurement. Familiar with all types of construction. Vast amount of experience in Concrete, Dirt Work, Wood and Steel Framing, Tilt-Ups, Interior Finishes, Highway & Road Construction.

With an expansive knowledge of construction and a great sense for business, Randy Wilson founded WW Builders Inc. with just one laborer back in 1995 and in just 21 years, has now grown to over 60 employees. Randy takes pride in each and every project WW Builders Inc. accomplishes and gives God the credit for what WW Builders Inc. has, is, and will become. He has taught all of us here to become leaders. The respect we show one another helps ensure that everyone at WW Builders Inc. takes pride and enjoys what they accomplish. Recently, Randy has become a member and an advisor to Duncan Area Economic Development Foundation & Duncan Enhancement Trust Authority. Randy has developed a reputation for being able to accurately plan several steps ahead of what others can do. With over 38 years of experience, Randy Wilson has the ability and knowledge to provide you the help you need to start your commercial construction project!

Mitch Wilson

Vice President

Responsibilities include: Estimating, Scheduling, Project Management, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Implementations & Policies Design, Submittals Procedures, etc.. Graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelors in Construction Science and a Minor in Business in 2013. Certification includes: OSHA & CPR certified. CPC – Certified Professional Constructor.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, a minor in Business, and over 8 years of experience at WW Builders Inc., Mitch Wilson is our Chief Estimator and a Project Manager. From supervising the construction of a four story hotel to bidding a multi-million dollar project, he is capable of doing it all. Mitch developed a system and has inputted years of real time data, of our self-performed services and contractors hired, to allow him to estimate projects with pinpoint accuracy. Mitch Wilson’s ability to adapt to this fast paced environment and by utilizing his technological mind set, has made him a crucial member of WW Builders Inc.’s team.

Randal Rochell

Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities include: Project Management, Execution of Prime Contracts, Issue Subcontracts, Oversee Field Management, Plan Review, Initiate RFI’s and COR’s, Validate Job Cost, Assist with Estimating, and Client/Company Relations.

Randal has over 30 years of experience in General Commercial Construction of buildings, roads, air strips, hangers, etc. most being for the state or federal administrations. As the Senior Project Manager for WW Builders Inc., Randal Rochell is able to provide his expertise to each project. When it comes to General Contracting, Randal is the person you will want to oversee your project.

Larry Johnson

Project Manager

Responsibilities include: Project Management, Execution of Prime Contracts, Issue Subcontracts, Oversee Field Management, Plan Review, Initiate RFI’s and COR’s, Validate Job Cost, Assist with Estimating, and Client/Company Relations.

Greg Travis

Project Manager

Armed with a solid educational foundation in Construction Management from Oklahoma State University, Greg possesses the knowledge and expertise needed to excel in his role.

Donnita Dewey

Project Manager/NAWIC Member

Donnita Dewey is an accomplished Project Manager with a deep-rooted passion for construction and an impressive track record of success. With her invaluable experience and dedication to excellence, she consistently delivers exceptional results in her projects.

Donnita is not only a skilled Project Manager but also an active member of NAWIC, the National Association of Women in Construction, Oklahoma City Chapter #583. Her commitment to advancing women’s roles in the construction industry is evident in her involvement with this esteemed organization.

With a strong educational background and a proactive approach to project management, Donnita Dewey continues to be a driving force in the construction field. Her unwavering commitment to her profession and the advancement of women in construction sets her apart as a respected leader and advocate in the industry.

Julie Stockton

Office Manager – Corporate Secretary

Responsibilities include: Supervises daily office operations/procedures. Review administrative policies, develop and implement office G&A budgets, ensure accurate and timely reporting of all financial reports. Implement strategic business planning, manage the company’s human resources, corporate training, communications, and philanthropy, community relations, and office services. Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending resource policies and procedures. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements’ while maintaining current and historical records. Develop and maintain accurate filing systems. Oversee the company’s overall growth and financial health. Provide leadership for the company’s financial activities, as well as audit, risk management, corporate planning, and IT functions. Support senior managers with their daily tasks. Oversee accounts payable, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time. Coordinate with IT on all office software and hardware implementation. Serve as the point person for all travel and continuing education workshop scheduling.

With a Business of Science in Technology and an Associates Degree in Data Processing from Cameron University. Julie joined the company in 2006, she has 30+ years of IT and office management experience. She has been a key player in our company’s growth with her commitment to serving others and a strong work ethic. Her determination and dedication as well as her proven ability to multitask have made her a crucial part of WW Builders Inc. Julie brings the skills and leadership qualities that make her an invaluable asset to our management team. She currently serves as Chairman for the Gabriel’s House Foundation. She currently volunteers for the Duncan Chamber of Commerce Food 4 Kids Auction, Rotary Club Christmas Auction, Duncan Toy Shop, Beautiful Day/Kindred Community, Stephen’s County Humane Society, and Women for OSU.

Brian Wilson

Quality, Safety, & Environment Protection Manager

Responsibilities include: Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Implementing and Enforcing Safety for Employees and Job Sites, Safety Meetings, Environmental Protection and Control, Locates, Developing and Implementing Company Policies, Document Control, Issue Random Drug Tests, Job Hazard Analysis, Safety Data Sheets, On-Site Quality Inspections, On-Site Safety Inspections, Equipment Inspections, Incident Investigations, Purchasing, Training, Submittals, Punch Lists, Website Design and Management, and Public Relations. Certifications include: First Aid, AED, CPR, OSHA 30, Confined Space Entry, and OSHA 510.

With over 8 years of management experience, Brian Wilson took the role as WW Builders Inc.’s Safety and Quality Manager. With a strict mindset, Brian monitors WW Builders Inc. and its Contractors to ensure quality, environmental, and safety standards are all being upheld. Brian Wilson’s ability to be thorough with his duties and responsibilities are vital to WW Builders Inc.

Ryan Hall

Roofing & Sales

Responsibilities include: Roofing Sales, Estimating, Scheduling, Purchasing of Materials, and Client/Customer Relations. Certifications include: Emergency Medical Technician, First Aid, CPR, and Rope Rescue.

With over 10 years experience in the commercial roofing industry, Ryan conducts the sale of roofing jobs through Marlow Roofing, a subsidiary of WW Builders Inc. Ryan also schedules the jobs and purchases all necessary materials needed to complete each project.

Chris Crone

Estimator

Chris Crone is a highly skilled and experienced Estimator who brings precision and expertise to the world of project estimation.
